Terms & Conditions
1. Appointments & Bookings
• All treatments are by appointment only.
• Appointments can be booked online, via social media, or directly with the clinic.
• By booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Consultations & Patch Tests
• A consultation is required prior to certain treatments, including but not limited to laser hair removal, IPL, tattoo removal, and advanced skin treatments.
• Patch tests are mandatory for laser and IPL treatments and must be carried out at least 48 hours before treatment.
• Treatment will not proceed without a successful consultation and patch test where required.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
• We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in:
• Loss of deposit, or
• A 50% charge of the treatment cost.
• Failure to attend (no-show) will result in the full treatment cost being charged.
• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require full pre-payment for future bookings.
4. Deposits & Payments
• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure appointments.
• Deposits are deducted from the total treatment cost.
• Full payment is required on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
5. Late Arrivals
• Please arrive on time for your appointment.
• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your treatment time may be shortened or your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
• Late arrivals may still be charged the full treatment price.
6. Medical Conditions & Contraindications
• You must disclose all medical conditions, medications, allergies, pregnancy, recent procedures, or skin conditions during your consultation.
• Failure to disclose relevant information may result in treatment being refused or terminated, with no refund.
• We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
7.Treatment Results & Aftercare
• Results vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, hormones, medical history, and aftercare compliance.
• Clients must follow pre- and post-treatment advice provided by the clinic.
• Pure Skin & Laser Clinic is not responsible for adverse reactions caused by:
• Failure to follow aftercare
• Undisclosed medical information
• Use of contraindicated products or treatments
8.Refund Policy
• We do not offer refunds on treatments, courses, deposits, gift vouchers, or promotional offers.
• If you are unhappy with your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours so we can review and address your concerns.
9. Promotions & Offers
• Promotional offers and discounts:
• Are valid for a limited time only
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
• Are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Course offers must be paid in full during the promotional period.
10. Gift Vouchers
• Gift vouchers are valid for 6–12 months from the date of purchase (as stated at purchase).
• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
11. Children & Guests
• For safety and insurance reasons, children and additional guests are not permitted in treatment rooms unless agreed in advance.
12. Right to Refuse Treatment
• We reserve the right to refuse treatment to anyone who:
• Is under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Is abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate
• Fails to comply with clinic policies or aftercare requirements
13. Personal Belongings
• Pure Skin & Laser Clinic accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.
14. Data Protection & Privacy
• All client information is handled in accordance with UK GDPR.
• Personal data will only be used for appointment management, treatment records, and communication relating to your care.
• We will never share your data without your consent unless legally required.
15. Amendments to Terms & Conditions
• Pure Skin & Laser Clinic reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• The most up-to-date version will always apply.
