Policy

To book a treatment 50% of the total is required, this is the deposit. the remainder of the treatment is to be paid on the day.

Deposits must be sent on the day of booking the treatment. 

Appointment is not secure until the deposit is sent.

Cancellations and reschedules are to be made within 2 days (48 hours) prior to your appointment. otherwise the deposit will not be refunded if the appointment is changed outside of the time frame.

I totally understand that unexpected situations happen which can't be helped but I am self-employed. This is only fair as I then have to look for someone else to fill an appointment which can often be difficult at such short notice.​
